FiEE, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIEE), formerly Minim, Inc., was founded in 1977. We have a historical track record of delivering a comprehensive WiFi/Software as a Service platform in the market. After years of development, we made the strategic decision to transition to a Software First Model in 2023 to expand our technology portfolio and revenue streams. In 2025, we rebranded ourselves as a technology company leveraging our expertise in IoT, connectivity, and artificial intelligence ("AI") to explore new business prospects and extend our global footprint.

1977 – 2015

Founding & Licensing

• Founded as Zoom Telephonics in 1977.

• Secured a five-year Motorola home-network license effective 1 Jan, 2016.

2020

Merger & AI Advancement

• November 2020: Merged with Minim Inc.; adopted Minim name/OTCQB ticker.

• Rolled out AI-driven Wi-Fi management and IoT security platform.

2021

NASDAQ Listing

• Transitioned from OTCQB to NASDAQ Capital Market on 7 July, 2021, under ticker MINM.

• Raised $25 M in a public offering to fund expansion.

2023 – 2024

Pivoting to A Software First Model

• Enhanced its MinimOS cloud platform and API suite for ISPs/OEMs, with major deployments like Vox’s AI-driven Wi-Fi Home Manager.

• Signed a merger agreement with e2Companies to broaden its technology and revenue base.

2025

Rebranding and New Management

• Officially changed its name from Minim Inc. to FiEE, Inc. and rebranded the company with a core focus on the integration of IoT, connectivity and artificial intelligence, positioning it as a technology company that redefines brand management solutions in the digital age.

• Appointed Mr. Li Wai Chung as Chief Executive Officer and Ms. Cao Yu as Chief Financial Officer.

• The company's development is driven by a two-engine growth strategy: SaaS solutions - MCN digital services and customized software development services, and continues to attract new customers.

• Acquired the verification technology and intellectual properties of Suzhou Yixuntong Network Technology Co., Ltd., which is a fast-growing technology service provider in China.

• Acquired Houren-Geiju Kabushikikaisha, a Japanese technology company that specializes in digital verification in the field of art collection, providing services such as micro-recognition, artificial intelligence image recognition, blockchain authentication, and digital passport generation, driving the technological upgrade of FiEE, Inc.

• The company is showcasing its latest SaaS products, authentication technologies and introducing its global talent brand management solutions at Expo 2025 Osaka.
